RESONANCE is comprised of Lisa Tinney, vocals and Kathryn Le Gros, piano. They perform thematic concerts, such as a Shubertiade, which is German lieder and one of Spanish love songs. Resonance has performed at Northern Lights restaurant, Caleb Pike Coffee house, the Goldstream Farmer’s Market, the Father’s Day Garden tour and for the City of Victoria’s summer music program. Flutist Diane Berry joins them in their Summer Fayre program, first presented in June of 2018, and performed a number of times around Victoria, including as a pop-up concert in Bastion Square in 2020.
Booked to perform at a number of markets last summer, they found themselves with a wealth of material and no place to play. Instead, they have been busy remote recording in their studios and producing videos of their favourite songs. Their ‘pandemic pieces’ such as All Dressed Up and No Place to Go and Fly Me to the Moon, can be seen and heard on the Augmented Trio Promotions youtube page.
