Henry From
- Solo
This recital features three of my compositions for solo piano.
Chorale and Variations: A set of 10 variations on the counterpoint of an original chorale theme.
Ephemeral: A work that evokes some of the sonorities that I’ve experienced while dreaming.
Etude on “Home Sweet Home”: Here I tried to capture the myriad emotions that I felt in in the early days of the pandemic. This composition won the Grand Prize in Jeunesse Musicales’ 2020 Do Mi Si La Do Ré composition and performance competition.
